White Glove PA handles licensing for physician assistants — state applications and licensure by endorsement, collaboration and supervision agreements, DEA and state controlled-substance registrations, and renewals. The PA Licensure Compact is enacted in 29 states and issuing in none, so everything we file today is a state licence. State Licensure
State PA License
$749 each
The full application, run end to end. We screen your NCCPA certification, your programme's ARC-PA accreditation at the time you graduated, and your complete licence history before you spend a non-refundable fee — then file, chase transcripts from the registrar, and carry the board correspondence.
Collaboration / Supervision Agreement
$299 per agreement
Several states will not issue until a named collaborating physician is on file, and 39 cap how many PAs one physician may cover. We draft the agreement to the state's requirements and register the physician, in parallel with the application rather than after it.
Prescriptive Authority
DEA Registration
$249 per registration
Federal DEA registration, filed once your state licence and prescribing authority issue — the sequence matters, and doing it backwards wastes a non-refundable fee.
State Controlled Substance Registration
$249 per state
State-level CSR or CDS registration, which is separate from your federal DEA number and is routinely what moves a start date. Note that PAs have no Schedule II authority at all in Alabama, Arkansas, Georgia, Hawaii, Iowa and West Virginia — we confirm scope before you accept a role that assumes otherwise.
Annual Renewal & CME Compliance
$199 per year
State renewals, NCCPA recertification and its CME cycle, controlled-substance registrations and collaboration agreements all run on separate clocks. A lapse in NCCPA certification puts every licence resting on it at risk at once, so we track them together.
PA Licensure Compact
Compact Privilege
$299 — from 2027
Not yet purchasable, because no state is issuing privileges. Priced now so the plan is clear: once the compact opens, activating a state against your existing licence drops to $299 — the same price our physician brand charges for the equivalent step under the IMLC. Twenty-nine states have enacted and the Commission projects early 2027. We will file them the week they open.
Compact Readiness Review
$149 one-time
Whether you will actually qualify. The Commission's criteria are stricter than most state boards — no felony or misdemeanour convictions at all, and no controlled-substance licence ever suspended or revoked. Worth knowing in 2026 rather than 2027, because the fix is a licence and licences take months.
Document & Logistics Support
Fingerprint Coordination
$75–$150 per state
Scheduling and routing of fingerprint-based background checks, including out-of-state hard-card processing where a board will not accept a Live Scan from elsewhere.
Notarization & Identity Verification
$75 flat
Coordination of notarized attestations and identity verification where a board requires them in wet-ink or remote-online form.
Courier & Rush Document Handling
$50–$150
Tracked courier handling for sealed transcripts, wet-ink attestations, and anything a board insists on receiving on paper before a meeting cutoff.
Important Fee Notice

The prices listed above reflect our service fees only. Additional costs paid directly to third parties — these are set by NCCPA and the state boards, and they change from time to time, so we confirm the current schedule at intake:
- State licence fees — vary widely by board, are non-refundable, and are charged again at each renewal. Confirm the current schedule before you file.
- NCCPA certification and recertification — maintenance fees plus the CME required to keep certification current. Every state licence rests on this.
- Federal DEA registration — paid to the DEA on a three-year cycle, separate from any state fee.
- State controlled-substance registration — charged per state, on its own renewal cycle, and required in addition to the federal DEA registration.
- Jurisprudence exams — several states charge separately for a state law exam on top of the application.
- Official transcripts — charged by your programme, and most boards require them sent directly by the institution rather than forwarded by you.
- Fingerprinting — $30–$70 in state vendor fees; more for out-of-state hard-card processing.
- Notary, courier, and state renewal fees — where a third party is involved.
One thing worth being explicit about: a licence is not payer enrolment. Getting paid in a new state is a separate exercise, per-payer, and it frequently takes longer than the licence did.
